A highly respected builder is looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of prestigious high-rise residential developments. You’ll lead the project and team from design through to handover, ensuring excellence in delivery for clients and residents alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from feasibility through construction to completion.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and program management.
• Engage and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Drive project outcomes, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end multi-level residential (projects $50M+).
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and contracts.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
