Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for large-scale projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage site logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and troubleshoot any project-related issues.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of site progress.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement on-site.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in site management, with a strong track record in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in construction project management tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
