Project Manager Wanted

Lead Complex Projects up to $100M+

Brisbane or Gold Coast Options

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering major industrial and commercial developments across Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

Projects include large-scale industrial facilities, shopping centres, health, council, and mixed-use developments, including complex $100M+ warehouse and shed projects with multi-level internal structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from planning through to delivery

Oversee programme, budget, procurement, and subcontractors

Coordinate consultants, clients, and site teams

Drive safety, quality, and project outcomes

Manage stakeholder communication and reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial or industrial projects

Strong financial and programme management capability

Experience with Tier 1 / 2 builders highly regarded

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
