We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Manager to lead a high-rise residential projects on the Gold Coast. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for excellence in the construction sector, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring project completion within timeline and budget constraints.
- Manage all phases of the construction process, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with both statutory and company standards.
- Lead site meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and drive team performance.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in mid-rise or high-rise residential construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and personnel management skills.
- A sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Carpentry or related fields.
