Site Manager Wanted
Exciting High End Residential Project
Gold Coast Based Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a driven and experienced Site Manager to take charge of exciting 9-level residential projects on the southern end of the Gold Coast. This role offers the opportunity to get involved early — we’re looking for someone who’s confident to interview and put their name to the tender, then take the reins once the project is awarded. Ideally, you’re local to the Gold Coast and bring strong relationships with trusted trades and subcontractors. Your local knowledge and leadership will play a vital role in the success of the build.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain WHS compliance and ensure safe work practices are upheld
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients regularly
- Monitor project progress, reporting updates to stakeholders
Qualifcations:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record managing residential or commercial builds
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Sound understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Trade background or relevant qualifications in Building & Construction
