Join our client’s team in Gold Coast, QLD, as an HSE Advisor and play a vital role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction sites and operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement HSE policies and systems. 

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits. 

• Provide training and support to promote a strong safety culture. 

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. 

• Manage HSE reporting and liaise with regulatory authorities. 

• Champion sustainable practices and continuous improvement. 

Qualifications: 

• Tertiary qualification in OHS, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in construction. 

• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices. 

• Proven experience developing and implementing HSE systems. 

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
