Gemco Recruitment is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman for a major Tier 1 project.

This is a long-term opportunity on a large-scale build with a 3–4 year programme, offering strong systems, established subcontractors, and a Monday–Friday schedule with RDOs.

The role will involve managing finishes trades onsite, driving programme, maintaining quality, and overseeing defects through to completion.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise finishing trades onsite

Manage quality assurance and defects

Drive programme and daily site activities

Liaise with subcontractors and site management teams

Ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard

Assist with project handover and close-out

Requirements

Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman or Supervisor

Strong understanding of fit-off and finishing stages

Ability to manage subcontractors and fast-paced site activities

Commercial or large-scale project exposure preferred

Carpentry trade background highly regarded
