We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a landmark high-rise residential project on the Gold Coast.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience managing large residential projects from structure through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Drive programme, safety, and quality
• Conduct site meetings and inspections
• Deliver projects on time and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

• Proven Site Manager experience on major residential projects
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+ (larger preferred)
• Strong leadership and programming skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing
