Your Role:

• Support the lead recruiter with scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate management.
• Assist in identifying and screening potential candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate skills and fit for key construction roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and assist with job postings and database updates.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant experience in HR, admin, or recruitment.
