Our client is looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to lead the structural delivery of a major high-rise residential project on the southern Gold Coast. In this role, you’ll oversee on-site construction, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and program milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee structural works from groundworks, formwork, and reinforcement through to structure delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress, safety, and quality standards daily, reporting directly to the Site/Project Manager.
• Manage site logistics, crane coordination, and sequencing of trades.
• Identify and resolve site issues quickly to maintain program momentum.

About You

• Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on high-rise residential projects (10+ storeys).
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete structures, formwork systems, and structural sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
• Effective communicator with strong leadership skills to manage subcontractors and site crews.
• Focused on delivering quality outcomes while keeping projects on time and within budget.
