Site Manager Role for High-impact Residential Construction

Brisbane Based Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of residential construction projects in Brisbane. This role reports directly to the Project Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage construction programs
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Maintain WHS compliance and uphold site safety standards
• Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve site issues
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Manage inspections, handovers, and defect rectification processes

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building standards
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and program delivery
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Trade or tertiary qualification in construction or related field
