Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction to join their team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage high-quality residential projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day site operations for residential projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.
- Maintain strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, coordinate workflows, and address any construction challenges.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and ensure smooth workflow on-site.
- Relevant trade qualification or construction management background preferred.
- Current White Card and valid driver’s license.
