Key Responsibilities

● Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate trades.

● Ensure strict adherence to construction timelines and budgets.

● Maintain HSE compliance and foster a safety-first culture.

● Conduct site meetings, reporting, and progress tracking.

● Problem-solve and mitigate potential delays or risks.

Skills & Experience

● Proven experience as a Site Manager on mid-rise residential or health projects.

● Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and safety regulations.

● Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive performance.

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project delivery.

● Relevant construction qualifications (QBCC License preferred).
