Job Description
As the Senior PM / Project Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of a landmark project on the Gold Coast. You will oversee all aspects of the project, from planning to execution, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to foster positive team dynamics, morale, and outcomes across the project team.
- Accurately forecast and manage project resourcing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive project profitability, focusing on preliminaries, resources, plant, construction efficiency, and programming.
- Ensure accuracy and adequacy of subcontractor scopes of work and contract requirements.
- Build and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness, and profitability.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing large project teams.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15–20+ years of experience in construction management, including delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong expertise in contract management, resource planning, and construction efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and proactively address client matters.
