We’re currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established builder delivering a residential high-rise project on the Sunshine Coast. This is a great opportunity to step into a key leadership role on a large-scale development with a reputable team.

About the Role:

You’ll take full ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of a $50M+ residential high-rise project

Manage subcontractors, consultants, and site teams

Oversee budgets, programming, and cost control

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Maintain strong stakeholder and client communication

About You:

Proven experience as a Project Manager on $50M+ construction projects

Strong background in residential high-rise builds

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to drive program and deliver under pressure

Relevant construction qualifications
