We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with industrial/commercial project expertise to play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of an exciting project. Your main responsibilities will involve managing all on-site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Ensure that project milestones are achieved within specified schedules and budgetary limits.

- Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols to uphold a secure working environment for all personnel.

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain construction standards and compliance with specifications.

Requirements:

- Proven track record as a Site Manager or in a similar capacity within large-scale construction projects, particularly in the industrial/commercial sector.

- Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and building regulations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, make well-informed decisions, and resolve complex issues.
