Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to support the delivery of high-end residential project. Reporting to the Project/Site Managers, this role is responsible for implementing and maintaining workplace health, safety, and environmental systems to ensure compliance and best practice across all site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site-based WHS&E management systems
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
• Support site teams with safety documentation, including SWMS and permits
• Assist with incident investigations and reporting requirements
• Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with legislative and company WHS requirements

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HSE Coordinator within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and construction safety systems
• Proven experience conducting site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Confident communicator able to engage effectively with site-based teams
• Highly organised with strong reporting and documentation skills
• Relevant qualifications in WHS or a related discipline
