Brisbane Based Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a growing team delivering large-scale industrial, shopping centre, health, and council projects across South East Queensland.

This role will suit someone with strong technical coordination experience across complex commercial and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate design delivery across projects

Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and project teams

Review documentation, buildability, and design compliance

Drive design programmes and resolve technical issues

Support project delivery from pre-construction through construction phases

Requirements:

Proven Design Management experience within commercial, retail, industrial or health construction

Strong understanding of buildability and construction methodologies

Experience across industrial or large commercial projects preferred

Excellent coordination and communication skills
