We are looking for a skilled Structures Foreman to lead the structural phase of a major residential construction project. You will play a key role in ensuring structural works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all structural works including concrete, formwork, and reinforcement
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with project timelines
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
• Maintain high safety standards across all structural activities
• Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and site management
• 
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in structural construction (high-rise preferred)
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures and structural systems
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership on complex builds
• Focus on safety, precision, and quality
