Our client in Brisbane is seeking a skilled Project Manager for Facade Installation who brings expertise, strategic vision, and a commitment to safety and excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of facade construction from planning, procurement through to execution, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and oversee facade from concept – procurement – delivery, ensuring efficient coordination of installation and construction tasks. 
• Interpret and implement architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to deliver precision facade installations. 
• Uphold rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures. 
• Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance the skillset and productivity of team members. 
• Monitor and manage project progress, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing corrective measures to stay on schedule. 

Requirements 

• Extensive experience within facade installation and construction. 
• In-depth knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methodologies. 
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural plans, blueprints, and technical specifications. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. 
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting project priorities.
