We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive a prestigious project. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.  
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.  
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, setting objectives, creating schedules, and allocating resources.  
•  Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.  

Qualifications:  

•  Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.  
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a strong background in managing projects in the $10M - $40M range.  
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, excellent leadership and team management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
