Brisbane Based Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a leading commercial builder delivering a $150M project on the fringe of Brisbane CBD.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established project and lead the finishing stages through to practical completion, working alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project Team.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Managing all finishing trades and coordinating daily site activities
• Driving programme through the finishing stages to practical completion
• Conducting quality inspections and managing defect rectification
• Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
• Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve project milestones
• Liaising with consultants and subcontractors to ensure a smooth handover

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on commercial construction projects
• Strong background in finishes, fit-out, and defect management
• Experience delivering projects through to practical completion
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery
