Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to take charge of a couple of exciting projects across the wide bay burnett region? This is your opportunity to work with a well-respected company, leading a high-quality development in a prime location. Candidates with experience on health or aged care projects will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee and report on project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct meetings, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep the project on track.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive project success.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deadlines.
• Relevant construction qualifications (QBCC License preferred).
