We are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll operations for up to 35 blue-collar workers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Queensland Construction EBA (Enterprise Bargaining Agreement) awards and relevant legislation. Previous experience working in a recruitment company that supplies blue-collar workers to the construction industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for blue-collar workers.

- Ensure compliance with Queensland Construction EBA awards and other relevant regulations.

- Manage payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding their pay and entitlements.

- Maintain accurate records of employee hours, leave balances, and other payroll-related information.

- Generate payroll reports and assist with financial audits as required.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a recruitment company supplying blue-collar workers to the construction industry.

- Knowledge of Queensland Construction EBA awards and payroll processes.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
