We are currently seeking a skilled and seasoned Site Manager to join our client’s dynamic team on the Gold Coast. This role provides an exciting opportunity to take the lead on impactful high-rise projects, working with a team committed to innovation and excellence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and supervise all on-site activities to ensure efficient delivery of high-rise projects. 
• Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives and timelines. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project plans, and quality standards. 
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders. 
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration. 
• Conduct site inspections to uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards. 

Qualifications and Experience:  

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in mid-rise residential construction.  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and safety regulations.  
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and contractors effectively.  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.  
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
