• Medium Rise Project experience ($20 - $60m)  
• Gold Coast Based Opportunity 

Seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-rise construction projects for our client's Gold Coast team. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage high-rise construction projects, ensuring they meet all objectives and deadlines. 
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. 
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. 
• Monitor project progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies. 
• Oversee project budgets and manage procurement of materials and services. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. 
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in high-rise construction. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. 
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). 
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
