A leading commercial construction company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join their Brisbane team and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on coordinating maintenance across multiple commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Property Care Team Leader to manage maintenance tasks across commercial projects.

Schedule and oversee trades and services to ensure maintenance is completed efficiently and on time.

Undertake general maintenance and defect rectification, including painting, plastering, and handyman tasks.

Support site teams with defect rectification during project handovers.

Deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

Proactively report maintenance progress and issues to the wider construction team.

What we’re looking for:

Hands-on experience in maintenance within commercial construction projects.

Strong organisational and scheduling skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple priorities across sites.
