South Gold Coast Based Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on high-end multi-level residential projects valued between $50M–$100M. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 2 builder with a strong pipeline of landmark developments across the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and program targets are achieved.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site meetings, reporting progress and resolving site-related issues.

About You

• Proven track record as a Site Manager on multi-level residential projects ($50M+).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and WHS legislation.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
