We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Industrial projects from initiation through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality, while meeting all client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects in accordance with agreed scope, time, cost, and quality objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant approvals, standards, and statutory requirements
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, monitoring performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and coordinate the design, planning, and delivery processes
- Manage client relationships and address issues proactively
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and consultants
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities
- Implement and maintain project governance, policies, and procedures
- Ensure quality assurance, health and safety, and environmental requirements are met
- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve project outcomes
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and responsibly
About You
You are a proactive and organised professional with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing Industrial projects across the full delivery lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and contract administration
- Proven experience in budget development, cost control, and financial reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, consultants, and contractors
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Experience managing risk, quality, health and safety, and environmental requirements
- Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
- Strong computer skills, with experience using project management and reporting software highly regarded
