Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager ready to take charge of exciting construction projects in and across Toowoomba? Join a respected company delivering high-quality commercial, Education Health and residential developments across the Darling Downs region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety standards
• Monitor construction schedules, materials, and budget performance
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager (min. 3–5 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Local Toowoomba experience or knowledge of regional construction advantages
