We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join a site-based role in Townsville. You will be responsible for supervising on-site works and coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. The role will primarily involve inground services and structural works.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising inground services and structural works, working alongside site supervision to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inground services and structural construction activities
• Coordinate labour, plant, and subcontractors on site
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
• Liaise with site management to maintain steady progress
• Monitor quality and productivity across allocated work areas

About You

• Previous experience as an Inground Services Foreman, Structures Foreman, or similar role
• Solid understanding of inground services and structural works
• Ability to lead crews and manage daily site activities
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• Relevant tickets and licences (preferred)
