We are currently seeking an experienced General Foreman to join a high-performing project team delivering a landmark residential development on the Gold Coast North.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project and work alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project Team on a long-term, multi-stage development.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

·        Supervising daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors

·        Managing site programme and ensuring works progress to schedule

·        Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity

·        Coordinating site logistics, deliveries, and workforce planning

·        Assisting the Site Manager with day-to-day project delivery

·        Conducting site inspections and resolving on-site issues

·        Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

What We're Looking For

·        Proven experience as a General Foreman on medium to high-rise residential or commercial projects

·        Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

·        Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site operations

·        Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery

·        Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team

·        Strong communication and problem-solving skills
