We’re seeking a hands-on Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery on a diverse range of projects. You’ll oversee all on-site operations to ensure each build is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys being across every detail — from planning and coordination through to handover — within a supportive and well-structured team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities from site establishment through to completion and handover.
• Supervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is delivered in line with program, budget, and quality expectations.
• Oversee WHS, environmental, and QA compliance across site operations.
• Review drawings, resolve buildability issues, and communicate with design and project teams.
• Lead daily site coordination, pre-starts, and toolbox meetings.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and materials handling.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and defect documentation.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman overseeing commercial or residential construction projects.
• Trade background or tertiary qualifications in Building or Construction Management.
• Strong understanding of building codes, WHS, and quality standards.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades concurrently.
• Practical, hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Current Construction White Card; relevant safety and first aid tickets preferred.
