Role Purpose:

Front finance, promote partnerships, prioritize shareholder value creation.


Organization Context:

Central finance role to help lead, plan & coordinate across ** stakeholders, consolidate inputs across working team with summarized storylines and key drivers to

support growth and value creation; facilitate interactions with regional office.



Key Accountabilities and Performance Measures Impacted:

• Work with key cross functional teams, sales distribution channels and other non-sales/support teams and enabling functions to support channel growth and

profitable business growth.

• Work on Annual financial planning process (recurring monthly/quarterly management reporting, focused on sales APE, NBP margins, by product/channel

splits, variance vs last year actual, vs, plan, trends) and analysis with insights/commentary.

• New initiatives evaluation, assessment of pros/cons, benefits vs. costs to support decision making for project approval. Could include expansion of new

channels (e.g. digital partnerships/buildout of new platforms); could include as applicable new assessments on new partnerships/M&A opportunities, reevaluation

of existing/in-flight projects, variance vs. previous assumptions, updated per latest changes etc.

• Key stakeholders/audience are **Thailand leadership team (CEO/CFO, Executive Committee members); Group/Regional team stakeholders; closely

partner with CFO direct teams (actuarial, financial controllership, investment/capital).


Minimum requirements: (Qualifications and Experience)

• 6–10 years of work experience.

• Life insurance experience, ideally have work experience in Thailand life insurance market.

• Preferred actuarial/financial background.

• Priority given to life insurance, management reporting, business partnering and stakeholder management experience.

• Flexibility/problem solving approach.

• Detail oriented, hands on, can work independently and take lead towards completion, including proactively incorporating feedback from key stakeholders.

• Continuous process improvement/automation & streamlining, promote data visualization.

• Strong communication skills, including English, both written, and verbal (familiar with presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders).
