■業務内容

・財務分析チームのマネージャーについて、財務計画や数値分析に対する経験がある方を募集します。

・当チームは、営業、数理、資産運用等の各部門との緊密なコミュニケーションのもと、当社の将来の収益や財務状態に関する予測・分析を行い、経営層の意思決定に貢献しています。

・マネージャーとして、チームメンバーとともに月次の財務予測の作成および、差異分析を主にご担当いただきます。

・当チームでの業務を通して、財務戦略立案や財務管理に関する経験を得るとともに、将来のキャリアアップのためのスキルや知見を身につけることが可能です。

・また、当チームはアジア統括本社と緊密に連絡を取り合っており、グローバルチームの一員として活躍していただくことが可能です。

■スキル・経験（必須）

・財務計画や、財務または非財務の数値分析に関する経験

・他部門とのコラボレーションスキル

・ビジネスレベルの英語スキル(TOEIC 700点程度)

・ビジネスレベルの日本語スキル

■スキル・経験（なお可）

・営業管理、保険商品企画、数理、経理、資産運用、リスク管理等における経験

・公認会計士、USCPA、CFA等の財務・投資関連資格

■Roles and Responsibilities:

・FP&A searches for a manager who has experience in financial planning and/or KPI analysis.

・FP&A contributes to managements’ decision making by providing estimation and analysis on future financials thorough close communication with related departments such as Sales, Actuary and Investments.

・The manager will be responsible mainly for monthly financial projection and variance analysis with team members.

・Through the responsibility, the manger will be able to acquire experience in financial strategy development and financial management and obtain skills and knowledge which will be useful for future career development.

・The manager will work as a member of global team through close communication with Asia Regional Headquarters.

■Required skill and experience:

・Experience in financial planning or financial/nonfinancial KPI analysis

・Collaboration skill

・Business level English skill (TOEIC 700 level)

・Business level Japanese skill

■Preferable:

・Experience in sales management, insurance product development, actuary, accounting, investments or risk management

・Qualification in finance or investments such as CPA and CFA
