The New Business Solutions team within Markets is globally responsible for idea generation, development and marketing of new savings and retirement products as well as structuring of new transactions for **’s client base.

In this challenging and demanding context we are looking for a Senior Structurer to mainly cover inquiries from Japanese clients.

Your Job:

•Develop ** offering for Savings, Retirement and Investment products for Japanese clients

•Provide technical expertise in the context of client meetings and strategic projects

•Develop and maintain relationships with relevant actors such as distributors, asset managers and technology providers

•Maintain a deep understanding of the Japanese insurance markets, future market direction and the opportunities arising for **

•Support marketing efforts in conjunction with Origination colleagues

•Represent ** at events such as seminars

•Assessing product feasibility from a legal, accounting and regulatory perspective.

•Support in all aspects the ‘delivery’ or the final product and liaise with other stakeholders to continually improve our product offering through learning from successful transactions as well as not delivered projects

Your Profile:

•10+ years professional experience in a product-oriented structuring role in an investment bank, asset manager, insurance company, or other similar firm

•Native Japanese language, fluency in English

•Strong technical understanding of capital markets, derivatives pricing/hedging and/or insurance is a benefit but not require

•Strong academic results in a technical area (mathematics, engineering, finance, etc.)

•Experience with reinsurance is a plus

•Curious, critical thinker, self-starter, commercial

•Familiarity with Python is a plus, but not a must
