Job Description:
- General accounting tasks, primarily focused on financial settlements according to Japanese accounting standards.
- Verification and investigation of accounting processes related to Japanese accounting standards, including communication with auditing firms.
- Support for team members and others.
- Operation and investigation related to internal controls.
- Other associated tasks.
Skills and Experience:
- More than 3 years of experience in insurance and finance.
- More than 3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
- Data handling skills (especially necessary in accounting software and Excel).
- Basic English proficiency (at the level of communicating via email in English).
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience in an auditing firm, accounting office, or accounting department of an insurance company.
- Experience and knowledge of IFRS17.
- Advanced English proficiency (capable of conducting meetings in English with offices in Asia or HQ).

- Cooperative, able to lead communication with team members and other departments.
- Self-motivated to learn about accounting in life insurance companies and contribute to the team.
- Proactive in handling ad-hoc tasks, especially during busy periods like financial settlements.
