Role Summary:
- Create and analyze experience monitoring for mortality, morbidity, lapse etc.
- Conduct Experience Study as a part of Annual Basis Change
- Analyze data and make proposals to improve persistency and satisfaction of our customers
Job Description:
- Create and analyze experience monitoring for mortality, morbidity, lapse etc which are reported in monthly In-force Management Committee.
- Construct IFRS basis Pricing and Valuation Assumptions for mortality, morbidity, lapse etc based on the monitoring result as a part of annual Basis Change process.
- Work with In-force Management Promotion, DBM and Product area to improve persistency and satisfaction of our customers by providing necessary data analysis as well as proposing new measures.
- Create reports/data related to experience monitoring submitted to FSA and LIAJ.
- Create, maintain, improve and migrate dataflow required for experience analysis related tasks.
- Review works team members performed on abovementioned tasks,
