You will join Data Analytics department, as a Senior Data Analyst.

Data Analytics Department aims to optimize data value for data-driven decisions: we have at our disposal millions of data points, thousands of variables in an efficient Cloud Environment.

You Will Be Involved In Helping Business Teams By

• Providing the right data for analysis at the right quality in our data mart
• Conducting various analytical procedures using various techniques such as one/two-say analyses, statistical techniques and predictive models.
• Supporting in measuring the financial impact of the Predictive models and rule engines (e.g. through AB tests)
• Driving data democracy by actively supporting business users on Quicksight
• Constantly look for opportunities to improve availability and quality of data in data lake

At first, you will contribute mosly on Life Side of THE FIRM's business. In mid-term /long term, you will be involved in P&C side of THE FIRM's Business.

You will work in an international environment (half of the team is non-Japanese / occasional discussions with THE FIRM's entities worldwide).

You will work closely with other Data Teams (Data Solutions, Data Engineering, Data Management, Data Science, Model Governance).

You will work under the agile methodology.

Requirements :

• IT skills:
• At least 3 years Coding Experience (especially, SQL, Python)
• At least 3 years experience in BI tools (e.g. QuickSight, Spotfire, Tableau)
• Nice to have: Experience in Cloud environment services (especially AWS and Databricks)
• Insurance Knowledge
• Experience in analyzing Insurance or Financial problems using data
• Valued: Actuarial Exams / being an Actuarial Student
• Statistical background
• Graduated in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Computer Science
• Language: Japanese mandatory, English nice to have (appetite to learn about it)
