Report to Head of Pricing

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of pricing sub-team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Assign tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure efficient team operations to achieve project and launch product on time
• Lead product development process on pricing side and co-ordinate with related parties to ensure product can be launched on time
• Prepare/review approval document for OIC and Group approval and ensure regulation is complied.
• Recommend product solution to management and align with company strategy

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum degree in mathematics or statistics related subject
• 10 year’s++ actuarial experience from life insurance industry especially in health pricing is preferable
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics
• Continues professional education through taking and passing actuarial exams is preferred
• Advanced level of proficiency MS Excel.

Briefing:

• We prefer local Thai candidate but it’s not easy to find the potential ones. So, expat also acceptable but preferred expat who based in Thailand.
• This position will focus in health product, so, the candidate should have health product experience.
• Team management experience is needed
