Actuarial Associates/Lead Associates are involved in many projects related to insurance consulting. They handle mathematical analysis under the guidance of consultants, review analysis work by team members, and create reports and presentations.

Actuarial Associates/Lead Associates are evaluated on the achievement of projects from the following four perspectives:

  • Responding politely to client inquiries, building and maintaining good relationships
  • Improving efficiency through process improvements
  • Acting as coordinators for project managers and consultants

  • Achieving annual operational hour targets
  • Contributing to sales and marketing activities, such as proposal creation and responding to requests for proposals

  • Facilitating smooth communication within the team and between departments
  • Flexible and cooperative communication with clients/consultants
  • Not missing opportunities to contribute to clients with **'s services and products, and coordinating flexibly with internal stakeholders

Excellence

  • Efficient data collection, analysis, and project execution
  • Contributing to projects with specialized knowledge
  • Creating explanatory materials for clients, partially implementing presentations

The Requirements

Essential

  • Experience related to actuarial work in insurance companies (property and casualty insurance)
  • Actuarial candidate (associate member or having passed exams)
  • Advanced Excel skills, and business-level knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications

Desirable

  • Business-level English proficiency
