・We provide consulting services that cover end-to-end support for large financial institutions (banks, securities, insurance) from strategy formulation to design and execution of customer experience and business operations. Specifically, we offer services in the following four areas:
① Transformation Architecture (BCM・FP&R): Strategy formulation and operating model design for banks, securities, trusts, and card companies.
② Transformation Architecture (Insurance): Strategy formulation and operating model design for insurance companies.
③ Customer Experience Transformation: CX design and marketing for banks, securities companies, and insurance companies.
④ Transformation Design & Delivery: Support for transformation execution in banks, securities companies, and insurance companies.

・Practical experience as a consultant in BIG4, strategic consulting firms, or major domestic consulting firms.
・Practical experience in various planning and management departments (management, sales, administration, systems, etc.) in large financial institutions.

[Preferred Experience]
・Project experience as a consultant working with large financial institutions in strategic projects, customer experience, business operation design, and execution.
・Business-level English skills and experience in projects conducted in English (as some projects may require delivery in English for foreign financial institutions).
・Project experience in front/middle/back-office process transformation using advanced technologies (RPA/AI, etc.).
・Project experience related to Digital Transformation (DX).
・Project experience in the marketing field.
・Project experience in business model development/transformation, new business development, and related areas.
・Project experience in Agile methodology.
・Project experience utilizing data analysis skills and statistical knowledge.

・Japanese: Native level (If not a native Japanese speaker, business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is required).
