The Role
As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving and surpassing sales targets within specified timeframes. Reporting to the Head of JGPG APAC, you will collaborate to create comprehensive business plans for various countries, with a strong emphasis on Vietnam. Your ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, cultivate a robust pipeline, and provide exceptional service will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Dynamo:
⚫ Set and exceed challenging sales targets and milestones, delivering exceptional results on schedule.
⚫ Craft innovative business plans, with the endorsement of the Head of JGPG APAC, tailored to specific countries, including Vietnam, aligning with our regional objectives.
Pipeline Architect:
⚫ Ignite new opportunities with your self-starter approach, collaborating seamlessly with internal and external teams.
⚫ Cultivate an impressive new business pipeline that thrives, expanding to three times the annual sales target.
Efficient Reporting and Dynamic Documentation:
⚫ Keep the insights flowing – deliver regular, transparent updates on client pipelines and progress.
⚫ Craft bilingual documentation (Japanese and English) as your bridge to seamless conversations with FIRM's internal experts.
⚫ Empower your pitches – spruce up sales materials in both Japanese and English for impactful prospect interactions.
⚫ Stay connected and informed – update your line manager in a polished and timely manner about all things JGPG.

Networking Maven:
