The Business

The Role
The Network Business Account Executive is responsible for insurance proposals, contract management, and risk consulting for foreign clients. This role requires handling business tasks in English, including reporting to **'s overseas departments and negotiating and managing claims with both domestic and international insurance companies.
Foreign Corporate Sales
- Maintenance of existing insurance contracts: Managing insurance contracts for existing foreign clients
- New proposals and consulting: Proposing new insurance plans and consulting on risk and insurance matters, including handling new clients developed by overseas departments in Japan
Main Duties
- Budget and performance management as a sales representative
- Handling customer inquiries, insurance arrangements, and renewal instructions from **'s overseas departments, confirming details, negotiating fees (mainly via email in English), and managing collections
- Requesting, confirming, and negotiating underwriting from domestic and foreign insurance companies
- Creating proposal documents, estimates, and explanation materials for coverage (in both Japanese and English)
- Handling claims when insurance incidents occur
- Reporting to **s overseas departments (in English)
- Responding to other customer inquiries, attending meetings with clients' overseas headquarters representatives, etc.
The Requirements
- Experience in selling non-life insurance (preferably corporate insurance sales experience)
- Strong communication skills
- A team-oriented attitude
- Business-level English proficiency: Ability to handle business tasks in English
