【Job Description】

We are currently seeking a Manager who can oversee risk management activities, with a primary focus on financial risk management, within the Risk Management Department. There are several projects and initiatives in collaboration with our group office to strengthen our risk management framework. Some of these projects involve handling non-financial risks in operations, providing an opportunity for individuals with diverse backgrounds beyond Actuarial Science to broaden their experiences while leveraging their existing expertise. This position offers a chance for both personal and professional growth as we work together to achieve our goals.

【Job Responsibilities】

• Promote the Group's risk management framework and provide necessary support, advice, and supervision to the first-line functions.
• Assist in the formulation of ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) reports and compile ALM (Asset Liability Management) risk reports.
• Ensure compliance with economic value-based solvency regulations.
• Manage asset investment risks and develop/implement stress scenarios.
• Collaborate with the Group's risk management department.
• Establish risk management policies and regulations, and manage the secretariat of the risk committee.
• Foster a risk-aware culture and support initiatives to strengthen the overall risk management practices.
• Provide support for the first-line functions in conducting Customer Suitability Assessments (CSA) and incident management.
