Position Overview
The company is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to support product deployment activities, operational testing, user evaluations, and field support initiatives for advanced technology systems used in demanding real-world environments.
This role is focused on hands-on operational support rather than traditional laboratory or bench testing. The Field Operations Specialist will work directly in field environments, helping simulate customer use cases, evaluate system performance, and provide actionable operational feedback to engineering and leadership teams.
The ideal candidate combines operational experience with strong communication skills, adaptability, and technical curiosity. Successful individuals are comfortable spending extended time in dynamic field environments, troubleshooting systems under real-world conditions, and translating operational observations into meaningful product feedback.
This position requires extensive travel and close collaboration with engineers, deployment teams, program stakeholders, and customer personnel. Candidates should be energized by emerging technologies, fast-moving environments, and hands-on operational problem solving.
