Position Overview

The President / Operating Partner will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, with oversight across operations, financial management, revenue generation, and team leadership.

This person will work closely with ownership and will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence, accountability, and ownership over results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business performance
• Manage financial and operational results
• Support revenue growth and commercial activity
• Lead and develop managers and teams
• Improve processes and organizational effectiveness
• Work with ownership on key business priorities

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• 4+ years in an operations leadership role within a service-oriented or field-based organization
• Experience managing financial performance, including budgets and P&L responsibility
• Background in sales, revenue generation, or commercial leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop both managers and frontline employees

Strong Differentiators

• Experience leading a branch, location, business unit, or similar operation
• Exposure to scaling or professionalizing a growing organization
• Familiarity with business management, CRM, or operational software platforms
• Experience operating within the Texas market

Work Environment

Full-time, on-site leadership role in Texas.

Compensation

Base Salary: Low-to-mid $100Ks

Total Compensation: Mid-to-upper $100Ks, depending on performance
