We operate across three primary areas:


  • Talent Placement: Partnering with top-tier employers to source, screen, and help hire military veterans for leadership roles.


  • Veteran Community Engagement: Hosting in-person networking events for transitioning service members.


  • Content & Education: Creating high-quality resources to support veterans entering the civilian workforce.


We are proud to have helped hundreds of veterans and are growing quickly. Now, we're looking for a Sourcer & Recruitment Coordinator who wants to contribute meaningfully to this mission.


Role Overview

As a Sourcer & Recruitment Coordinator, you will work directly with our recruiters and account managers to ensure smooth and efficient recruiting operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about creating a seamless candidate and client experience.


Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Support:

  • Proactively source and identify top veteran and civilian talent across platforms (LinkedIn, internal database, inbound channels).
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with internal team members and clients.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools with accurate, real-time information.


Administrative & Presentation Support:

  • Prepare candidate summaries, resumes, and presentation materials for client submission.
  • Assist recruiters and account managers with job posting, candidate communications, and follow-up coordination.
  • Help draft job descriptions and role overviews with guidance from recruiters and clients.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in a recruiting coordination, sourcing, or administrative support role (agency or in-house).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and scheduling tools like Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
  • Personally connected to the military community—as a veteran, military spouse, or family member of a service member (preferred).


Compensation

  • Salary: $60K (base+bonus) 1st year
  • Flexible work arrangements (1099 or W2).
  • Opportunity to grow into a full cycle recruiting or account management role.
