Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Partner to serve as a key finance leader and trusted advisor to ownership. This individual will oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, treasury, cash management, lender relationships, and operational finance across a growing multi-site platform.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, executive reporting, and financial dashboards
- Develop reporting tools and analytics to support strategic decision-making and operational visibility
Operational Finance & Business Partnership
- Partner closely with operations, HR, marketing, and business leaders to align financial performance with company goals
- Support pricing strategy, workforce planning, forecasting, and other operational initiatives that drive growth and profitability
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights for leadership
Investor & Lender Reporting
- • Prepare and deliver timely and accurate reporting packages for lenders and stakeholders
- • Manage covenant compliance, reporting requirements, and financial communications with external partners
Acquisitions & Strategic Growth
- Support acquisition and transaction activity, including financial modeling, underwriting, diligence coordination, and integration efforts
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
- Assist with post-acquisition integration and performance tracking
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including financial statement preparation, internal controls, AP, AR, payroll, tax filings, and compliance activities
- Lead and develop the accounting and finance team while building scalable processes and controls
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting
Treasury & Cash Management
- Lead treasury and cash management functions, including liquidity planning, forecasting, and working capital optimization
- Oversee short and long-term cash forecasting and capital planning initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- MBA, CPA, and/or CFA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Prior experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leader
- Strong background in FP&A, operational finance, treasury, reporting, and accounting operations
- Experience in private equity-backed, founder-led, multi-site, or high-growth organizations preferred
- M&A, integration, and transaction experience strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting multi-site education, healthcare, services, or field operations environments preferred
- Experience leading finance transformation initiatives, process improvement efforts, or ERP implementations is a plus
- Comfortable operating in an evolving, growth-oriented organization with significant executive visibility

Compensation
$200K–$250K Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Significant Equity Opportunity
