The President will lead a well-established Midwest service business with a long history of strong market recognition and approximately $30M in annual revenue. This role presents an opportunity for an experienced leader to build upon that foundation by strengthening operational alignment, developing the leadership team, and guiding the organization through its next phase of growth.

Primary Responsibilities / Duties:

The President will be responsible for leading overall business operations, including:

  • Owning full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the business
  • Leading day-to-day operational performance across service, installation, sales, and administrative functions
  • Building and developing a strong cross-functional leadership team
  • Implementing processes and systems that support operational efficiency and scalability
  • Driving strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management
  • Strengthening employee engagement through consistent leadership and field presence
  • Supporting growth initiatives and strengthening key operational relationships
  • Developing emerging leaders and building a sustainable leadership pipeline
  • Creating a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement


Required Qualifications, Leadership Skills and Experience:

  • Previous President, General Manager, COO, or senior operational leadership experience
  • P&L Ownership >$15M: Demonstrated financial accountability and business management experience.
  • Experience leading large frontline-heavy teams and improving operational performance
  • Team Development: Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align operational execution with broader business objectives.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to rebuild trust and lead through complex organizational dynamics.


Compensation: 

  • High $200Ks to Low $300Ks
  • Performance-based equity
